Authenticity check
At Chronatic, we are very strict about where we source our watches from. To ensure the safety of our customers, we only work with official retailers and resellers of the brand making sure that every watch goes through a stringent quality and authenticity check before it is offered on our website.
We have a 14 day payment release period for the sellers, during which we hold the payment in an escrow account. This means that if the buyer of the watch is not satisfied with the watch for any reason whatsoever, they can simply return the watch and only have to bear the return shipping costs.
